I am a pre-licensed professional, and I offer specialized care to adults navigating the challenges of OCD, anxiety, depression and highly empathetic individuals who struggle with people-pleasing tendencies. With compassionate, evidence-based approaches, I work to empower clients to understand their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and reclaim their lives. Our individualized therapy sessions provide a safe space for healing and growth, guiding you toward lasting resilience and improved mental well-being. Whether you’re struggling with intrusive thoughts, overwhelming worry, or persistent sadness, my role is to guide you in uncovering and embracing these resources through a compassionate and supportive therapeutic relationship.

I also work with couples, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to explore their feelings, improve communication, and navigate conflicts. Using personalized strategies and evidence-based techniques, I help couples rediscover intimacy, build trust, and foster a deeper connection. Whether you’re facing a specific issue or seeking to enhance your relationship, I’m here to guide you on your journey to a healthier, happier partnership. Let’s work together to create the love and understanding you deserve.

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment in which we explore your inner world and develop practical tools for emotional resilience. My approach is collaborative, and I aim to empower you to understand and embrace all parts of yourself, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Drexel University and my Bachelor’s from the State University of New York at Oswego. I have formal training in ERP, the gold standard of OCD treatment, but I also heavily incorporate other modalities in my work and will always tailor our work to your needs. When not at work, I can often be found with friends at a local coffee shop or at home spending time with my partner and our two cats, Jack and Hendricks.
